About

Spot & Snap Photography captures moments with animals in a way that feels remarkable in the moment and meaningful over time.

Spot & Snap is named after my “spotted” leopard Appaloosa rescue, Elsa Mae.

Having high-quality images of her is something I cherish deeply, especially after her passing. Those images hold more than how she looked, they capture her personality, her presence, and a chapter of my life I will always carry with me.

Animals shaped the way I approach photography. A well-timed image can preserve more than a memory on its own, holding onto details that are easy to overlook in the moment.

Photography, for me, is about connection. The quiet focus between horse and rider, the joy of a dog in motion, the atmosphere of a place that feels alive. I’m drawn to expressive imagery, natural light, and candid moments that unfold rather than feel staged.

Spot & Snap Photography is for people who look at their animals and see something

powerful and meaningful. Something worth paying attention to. This work is about creating

images that carry that feeling forward, images you can live with, revisit, and continue to see

differently over time.
